- Develop detailed shop drawings and review designs for HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
- Prepare and update as-built drawings, material take-offs, and bill of quantities (BOQ).
- Verify compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
- Collaborate closely with site engineers and project teams to ensure alignment with the technical plans.
- Track and document design changes and coordinate updates with the site team.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement teams to select materials that meet project specifications.
- Review material submittals and shop drawings for compliance and ensure timely procurement.
- Conduct technical reviews to ensure systems meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Prepare regular technical reports on project status, delays, and any technical issues.
