Quality officer

  • Monitoring compliance with quality standards and regulations.
  • Coordinating audits and inspections.
  • Documenting quality-related activities and maintaining records.
  • Providing training to staff on quality standards and procedures.
  • Investigating quality issues and recommending corrective actions.
  • Able to give one to one coaching  sessions .

1:Education RequirementsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Business Administration)2:Work ExperiencePrevious experience in a quality-related role, such as quality control, quality assurance, or compliance.Technical Skills: Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS) and tools for monitoring quality metrics.Familiarity with reporting tools, data analysis, and document management.3:Soft SkillsAttention to detail: Ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.Communication skills: Proficient in communicating quality issues and recommendations to teams and stakeholders.Problem-solving skills: Capable of identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and recommending corrective actions.Leadership abilities: Confidence in guiding teams and conducting training sessions on quality procedures.Organizational skills: Managing multiple tasks and maintaining documentation efficiently
