- Supervises the day-to-day operations of Distribution keyaccount to ensure that work processes are implementedas designed and comply with established policies,processes and procedures
- Support leadership in building sustainable, highperforming sales teams.
- Brand presentations and sell-in of new collections
- Evaluate new customers positioning and suitability for launch of new brands/collections.
- To guarantee an effective visit plan to achieve KPI in terms of frequency of visits per store, brand visibility in store and sell out per store.
- In store general training to retailer’s sales staff regarding brands, products, and marketing activities, focusing on the implementation of trade marketing activities.
- Dealing with client’s commercial returns requests, always in line with corporate policy and instructions
- Collect sell out reports from customers.
- Management of the brand presence in the store: actively managing and optimizing brand presence by negotiating and increasing brand visibility
- Ensure that all activities are monitored and regulatory compliance audits and inspections are conducted for an effective implementation of regulatory standards
- Supervise the implementation of projects to ensure that the project cycle is completed, meeting agreed project parameters (cost budget, timelines, scope and quality), standards and
objectives - Supervise the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Distribution key account to meet Nahdet Misr and department requirements, policies and standards
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, sales, marketing, or related field7 Years of experience in sales / client facing roleStrong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contractsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
