Role Description:

This is a full-time hybrid role for Project Manager at Helm. The Project Manager To manage Helm ongoing projects in order to complete the assigned work on the approved time plans, within the budget with a quality that fulfills the organization goals, missions and objectives.

 

Job Responsibilities:

Planning and Budgeting

  • Develop the project work plan sheet , budget and all supporting documents
  • Manage and track project budget and make sure it matches the project goals and resources
  • Lead creative briefs and project scopes for internal and external teams with all major projects, identifies critical paths and resolves scheduling conflicts
  • Identifies, supports and Announce opportunities to build and leverage project management best practices across the team and implement new and improved processes.
  • Conduct research for different relevant project topics for different purpose
  • Monitor and evaluate project milestones and deliverables with high effectiveness and efficiency

Coordination and Internal Communication

  • Communicates project progress, status, and resolutions to key people and programs manager via verbal and written status reports.
  • Manages conflicts resolutions between internal and external key partners.
  • Handle communication with different project stakeholders through different communication channels
  • Represents the organization in all projects related events

Reporting and Documentations

  • Review technical and financial project relevant reports
  • Develop missions reports as per the project needs
  • Review , edit and approve all relevant reports drafted

Qualifications:Bachelor degree in business administration or any relevant field.At least 5 years in relevant experience.Project Management credible certificate / Diploma is a plus. COMPETENCY PROFILE• Excellent organizational and time management skills.• Strong written and verbal communication skills.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Discretion and confidentiality essential.• Flexibility in both the working hours & in dealing with the different situations.Excellent computer skills.• Very time efficient, self -motivated, and organized.
