Join Us as a Lead Generation Specialist!
We’re hiring a Lead Generation Specialist at Boreal Light GmbH, a Berlin-based company providing 100% solar-powered water desalination systems to NGOs in over 25 countries.
This is a freelance role with no defined termination, where you’ll be your boss, deciding when and where you work, while playing a key role in driving our growth.
Your work will focus on identifying and connecting with new leads, nurturing them, and leading them to schedule meetings with our sales team. You will report directly to the head of business development and growth.
Your Future Responsibilities:
- Research & Outreach: Identify potential leads, send personalized cold emails, and follow up to build connections.
- Email Campaigns: Manage email marketing efforts using automation tools.
- Lead Qualification: Evaluate leads, nurture relationships, and guide them to book meetings with the sales team.
- Collaborate with sales team: Provide feedback to refine and optimize outreach strategies.
