Key Responsibilities:

Creative Design:

• Develop creative and visually appealing designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, social media posts, presentations, flyers, and email campaigns.
• Ensure that designs align with WellGrow Academy’s brand identity and values.

Digital Media:

• Design engaging content for digital platforms, including social media graphics, website visuals, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to create visuals that drive engagement and conversions.

Course Material Design:

• Work closely with the Learning & Development team to create aesthetically pleasing and easy-to-navigate course materials, such as workbooks, infographics, and e-learning assets.

Branding and Identity:

• Maintain consistency in all visual communications by adhering to branding guidelines.
• Proactively contribute to enhancing and evolving WellGrow Academy’s visual identity.

Collaboration:

• Partner with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and instructional designers, to conceptualize and execute design projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery without compromising quality.
