- Email Correspondence Monitoring:
- Continuously monitor and respond to emails related to shipments.
- Organize and categorize email messages related to logistics and customs processes.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to facilitate shipping procedures.
- Follow-Up on Shipments Under Customs Clearance:
- Track shipments that are still in the customs clearance process.
- Provide clients with updates on the current status of delayed shipments.
- Report Preparation:
- Prepare regular reports on the status of shipments and outstanding documents.
- Generate special reports addressing any issues that may affect shipping or clearance timelines.
- Coordination with Other Departments:
- Collaborate with the shipping and customs clearance teams to ensure integrated operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments, such as warehouse and sales teams, to meet customer requirements.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.Experience: Previous experience in shipping, customs clearance, or customer relationship management.Skills:Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).Ability to manage and organize documents and files efficiently.Familiarity with basic customs procedures and international shipping.Strong follow-up and coordination skills across teams.Proficiency in computer software, especially email systems and office microsoft (e.g., Microsoft Office).
