- Install, configure, and manage Windows servers/Linux
- Install, configure, and support network equipment including routers, proxy, switches, ...
- Manage and maintain the Microsoft Server environment including server deployment and configuration, backup management, and performance tuning.
- Update network equipment to the latest firmware releases.
- Deploy and maintain Microsoft Exchange servers (On-Prime)
- Utilize virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V
- Administer Active Directory services, including DHCP, DNS, ADFS, Certificate Authority (publishing services over internet), and more
- Perform hardware installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting as needed
- Implement and maintain patch management (Windows Updates) procedures to ensure system security and stability
- Configure firewalls, routing, and switching to maximize network efficiency and security.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fieldMinimum of 3 years of experience as a Network Administrator, System Administrator, or similar role.Solid knowledge of LAN/WAN configurations, network design, and network troubleshooting.Ability to set up and configure server hardware.Expertise in deploying and managing Microsoft Exchange servers, including experience with mailbox management and email system optimizationIn-depth knowledge of Active Directory services, including DHCP, DNS, ADFS, Certificate Authority, and related technologiesFamiliarity with patch management procedures and toolsExcellent problem-solving skillsability to work well under-pressureStrong communication and teamwork skillsCertification: CCNA & MCSE are required.
