- Maintain the existing production equipment system at the exiting production area.
- Managing the process equipment technicians to well maintain the process equipment at the existing production area.
- Participate in the availability of the spare parts of the production equipment and the achievement of preventive maintenance planning. Planning requirements.
- Follow up with the preventive & corrective maintenance programmer/schedule for all production equipment; he is responsible for repair faults.
- Studies analyses & evaluates new offers when requested and prepares technical comparisons to select the best and most suitable offer considering good quality and time delivery.
- Assist in execution of the I.Q. and OQ of new equipment.
- Attend validation of process equipment along with production and Q.A. staff.
- Presents project details such as time schedule, layout, schematic plan, etc.
- Controls and supervisors and motivates subordinates.
- Participate and implement both safety and ISO requirements.
- Take care of hygiene as well as GMP requirements.
BSc degree in Mechanical Power Engineering.Proven working experience in mechanical engineering from 2–5 years.Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner.Creativity and analytical skills.Excellent problem-solving skills.
