Job Description:

We are seeking a Marketing Specialist with expertise in digital marketing, brand growth, and customer acquisition in the travel and tourism sector. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our online platform, driving traffic, increasing brand awareness, and ultimately boosting bookings for our travel packages, flights, accommodations, and activities.

You will work closely with the product, design, and customer success teams to create compelling marketing campaigns, build partnerships, and optimize our platform’s reach across multiple channels.

 

Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans to drive user acquisition and brand awareness for our platform. Focus on paid media, content marketing, email marketing, and organic social media strategies.

 

  • Content Creation & Campaign Management: Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging content, including blog posts, videos, newsletters, and social media assets to promote travel packages and experiences.

 

  • Digital Advertising: Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms to maximize ROI and reach target customers.

 

  • Social Media accounts manage & Community Engagement: create and manage social media accounts and Increase engagement with our audience through organic social media strategies, influencer partnerships, and travel-related content that resonates with our target demographic.

 

  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs) across campaigns and digital platforms. Use data insights to continuously optimize and refine strategies.

 

  • Partnership Development: Build and nurture relationships with travel influencers, bloggers, and industry partners to expand brand visibility and reach.

 

  • SEO & SEM: Enhance website visibility and search rankings through effective SEO and SEM strategies, ensuring our platform is easily discoverable by potential travelers.

 

 


Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the travel and tourism industry or a related sector.Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of online marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and social media advertising.Creative Mindset: Ability to think outside the box and create innovative campaigns that resonate with travelers and generate engagement.Analytical Skills: Comfortable with tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other performance tracking tools to measure campaign success and identify optimization opportunities.Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to craft persuasive marketing messages and collaborate across teams.Passion for Travel: A genuine love for travel, exploring new destinations, and understanding the needs of modern-day travelers.A Bacheller degree in marketing is preferable.Experience in travel e-commerce or online booking platformsKnowledge of content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) or basic graphic design skills.Multilingual abilities Arabic and English
