- Strong technical sales skills in industrial products (boilers, machinery, lubricants or chemicals)
- High capability to establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Develop and improve current sales pipeline.
- Work on new cost strategies to minimize sales cost, & increase sales profit.
- Provide ongoing support and advice to customers post-sale to ensure product satisfaction.
- Handle cold calls, smart technical sales and site visits, emails, and messages as well as understanding customer queries.
- Address technical queries and concerns from clients promptly and customize product solutions to fit the specific needs of the client.
- Execution for winning orders and meeting the assigned project budget.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote products, building relationships and generating leads.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Create new smart leads and sales opportunities for pumps and water treatment systems.
- Prepare proposals, tenders, and all related technical aspects.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the management team on sales progress and challenges.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Any additional tasks or responsibilities assigned by the Sales Manager.
A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering is preferable.Minimum (2) years’ experience as Technical Sales Engineer in industrial products (boilers, machinery, lubricants or chemicals)High teamwork skills.Must be a Male & live in Cairo.Excellent in English & Arabic. (Write / Speak)Friendly, communication skills, punctual, pays attention to detail and very organized.Computer literacy.Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, sales, and technical skills.The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.Current knowledge of industry, clients especially O&G, chemicals, and related projects.Ability to handle work pressure smoothly.Must have a car.Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
