As an Interior Design Architect, you will be instrumental in shaping the interiors of our projects, from concept to completion. Your role will involve:
- Conceptual Design:
- Developing creative design concepts and mood boards that align with client visions and project goals.
- Conducting in-depth research on materials, finishes, and furniture to inform design decisions.
- Technical Design:
- Creating detailed 2D working drawings and 3D models to accurately communicate design intent.
- Creating a list for materials & quantities as needed for the design.
- Client Collaboration:
- Collaborating closely with clients to understand their lifestyle, preferences, and aspirations.
- Presenting design concepts and proposals in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design or Architecture.Proven experience in interior design, with a strong emphasis on residential projects.Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.A passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetics.
