:Job Description
  • B2B Hotel booking reservation agents needed
  • Must have experience
  • Outbound & Inbound hotel reservations
  • Review bookings with suppliers and hotels.
  • Resolve cases with clients and hotels.
  • Follow up with travel agents for future bookings.
  • Update bookings with hotels confirmation number on daily bases.
  • Make offline booking.
  • Daily check on the system.
  • Check and reply daily emails.
  • Achieve department target.
:Job Requirements
  • Must have Experience in B2B hotel sales
  • Must have an excellent command of spoken and written English
  • Very good communication skills
  • Can organize themselves very well
  • Real team player but also working on their own initiative
  • Good with deadline.
