- Hiring qualified staff, developing and motivating staff, and providing evaluations in order to improve subordinates' performance and overall performance – and formal and informal opinions to the maximum.
- Setting and recommending the budget of sectors/departments for the development of the educational content to which it belongs, in coordination with the required objectives
- Monitor management's actual financial performance against budget so that the company is aware of expected costs/incomes, identify areas of unsatisfactory performance and take advantage of potential cost reductions or performance improvement opportunities
- Develop and monitor the implementation of policies, procedures and controls of sectors/departments internally
- Covering all areas of activity related to educational content development sectors/departments, so that all related procedural requirements are met, while providing high quality and cost-effective service to customers.
- Setting the general framework, standards, range and sequence matrix
- Supervising the creation and development of content
