Job Description:

  • Search for potential candidates (white collars) from various online channels.
  • Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
  • Interview candidates (via phone and in-person).
  • Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to the manager.
  • Scheduling technical interviews for shortlisted candidates with Line Managers.
  • Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
  • Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages.
  • Implementing the Orientation program of the Company and ensure that newly hired employees are updated and fully aware of the Company’s HR policies and procedures.
  • Forecast hiring needs and ensure the recruitment process runs smoothly.
  • Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
  • Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner.
  • Organize monthly and annually employee performance reviews.

Job RequirementsBachelor's degree.Experience: From 3 to 5 years.HR certificate is a must.Good in English.Very good in Excel.High communication and negotiation skills.Problem-solving.Attention to details.Residency: Alexandria
