Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Office Manager at LHC in Cairo, Egypt. The Technical Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing technical drawings, budgeting, project management, engineering tasks, and conducting research to support project requirements, whilst being the leader of the T.O team and responsible liaison between the site team and technical team in the office, ensuring fluidity between both departments.


Qualifications

  • Technical Drawing and Engineering skills
  • 6-10 Years of Experience in Construction & Fit-out Field
  • Experience in Budgeting and Project Management
  • Strong Understanding of Shop Drawings
  • Ability to Facilitate Variation Orders
  • Strong Understanding of RFIS
  • Strong Familiarity with Revit
  • Quantity Surveying
  • Strong Research Abilities
  • Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in Project Management Software
  • Bachelors degree in Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, or Related Field
