The position will require management of a broad range of functions and areas for Terraco Group’s Egypt operations, including but not limited to;
- Searching for new clients who could benefit from Terraco products in a designated region
- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers
- Managing and interpreting customer requirements
- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs
- Preparing commercial offers & negotiate the contract terms
- Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions
- After-sales support services
- Preparing reports for Sales management
- Meeting regular sales targets
- Recording and maintaining client contact data
- Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs
- Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education
- Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts
- Solving client problems
Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales or business development within the Egyptian market.Strong understanding of the Egyptian market and business landscape.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Valid Egyptian driving license and own vehicle. MiscellaneousExperience in the finishing materials, decorative finishes, exterior coatings and dry-mix products market. Fluency in English and Arabic. Communication skills, problem solving skills, and computer skills.
