Moderator & Order Processor will be responsible for moderating online communities, processing orders, and coordinating with shipping companies. Responsibilities:
- Monitor and moderate online communities (social media, forums, etc.) to ensure a positive and respectful environment
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner
- Process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct product selection and quantity
- Coordinate with shipping companies to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Resolve any issues or complaints related to orders or shipping
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and customer interactions
