Local Purchasing Specialist

- Coordinate visits and arrange interviews, whether with new suppliers or existing suppliers. 
- Search periodically to find suppliers for the company and update the supplier database. 
- Develop short and long-term work plans for the procurement department 
- Make daily supply orders and ensure that they proceed according to the documentary cycle. 
- Request and receive checks for the company's suppliers.  
- Follow up the completion of the purchase process to ensure the arrival of purchases. 
- Follow up the special custody balances and ensure that they are liquidated periodically.
- Follow up the accounts of suppliers and their financial dues according to credit periods. 
- Follow up the balances of stores of all types of raw materials and ensure that there is a sufficient balance of basic raw materials.
- Making reports associated with the job and preparing documents and ensuring that they proceed according to the documentary cycle.


Bachelor's degree in Commerce or its equivalent.Experience from 1 to 3 years.Skills:  1- Communication and negotiation skills 2- Ability to analyze and make decisions 3- Teamwork skills4- Technological skills (Microsoft office – ERP)5- Financial skills6- Proficiency in English7- Ability to manage time and organize tasks 8- Good knowledge of the market and suppliers
