Key Responsibilities:
Inspection & Evaluation:
- Conduct thorough inspections of properties (e.g., new developments, properties for sale, rental units) to ensure they meet company and regulatory quality standards.
- Review construction progress to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and timelines.
Process Audits:
- Audit internal processes to ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor real estate transactions (sales, leasing, and rental agreements) to verify accuracy and completeness of documentation.
Documentation Control:
- Review and verify that all transaction and property-related documents (e.g., contracts, inspection reports, property listings) meet legal and company standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and records related to quality control inspections, audits, and reports.
Reporting & Analysis:
- Create detailed reports on quality findings and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyze trends and patterns in quality issues to proactively address recurring problems.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with construction teams, real estate agents, property managers, and legal departments to ensure seamless communication and compliance.
- Assist teams in understanding and applying quality control standards to their daily work.
Training & Support:
- Train new staff and team members on quality control standards, procedures, and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees to promote quality awareness across the organization.
Customer Satisfaction:
- Monitor customer feedback to identify any issues related to quality and recommend corrective measures.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure that quality issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.
Continuous Improvement:
- Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies to enhance quality control processes.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company maintains high standards.
Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: Minimum 3-6 years of experience in quality control, property management, or real estate operations.Skills:Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and real estate laws.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM systems).Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
