Job Purpose:

Responsible for all In-Direct Materials procurement activities for local / imported commodities (CAPEX - Spare parts – Tools – MROs - Consumables – Chemicals – IT – Civil works .. .etc.) starting from defining business needs, implement appropriate sourcing activities through finalizing purchasing activities ending with supplier relationship management.

Indirect Material Procurement Manager



Responsibilities:

Participate in the annual Budget for the assigned commodities in contribution to the procurement Budget.
Plan and execute actions to achieve, secure and exceed the budgeted savings.
Prepare and manage the 12 Month Cost saving Activity Plan.
Identify additional backup actions to recover deviation vs budget.
Analyze the market for potential new suppliers.
Manage the RFQs (Request for quotations) to suppliers.
Negotiate prices, terms and conditions with Suppliers / vendors.
Prepare and present FBS completed with technical and commercial evaluations.
Support IDM Procurement Manager in his\her tasks and objectives.
Ensure an up to date administration of documentation, databases and required reporting.
Day-to-day liaising and support of Operations team and other functions in relation to their respective tasks.
Participate, guide and support all section employees to contribute in performing the quality, environmental and ‎occupational health& safety systems effectively.‎
Support the role of the section to highlight its leadership on its responsibility areas for quality, environmental and ‎occupational health& safety systems‏.‏



Experience:

1 - 2 years’ experience at the same role.



Education:

Bachelor degree of business.
