The Stock Control supervisor should supervise and control the Service warehouse to keep stock record same as physical count. Ensure that warehouse condition and procedure are well performed and coordinated.
- Responsible for the efficient and accurate processing of purchase requests, receiving of deliveries, and ensuring reconciliation of delivery notes with purchase orders.
- Supervises his team of coordinators to ensure that service center requirements are understood, items located, and sales orders processed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Provides the Service Center Manager with data and support for optimizing counter sales operations (e.g., lost sales report).
- Closely coordinates with Supply Chain (local and foreign suppliers) for the cost-effective management of spare parts inventory.
- Oversees the stock reconciliation process.
- Closely coordinates with Supply Chain for implementing appropriate storage, organization, and inventory handling procedures.
- Handles sales returns and defective items,and arranges repairs and returns with local and foreign manufacturers and suppliers.
- Monitor inventory regularly and compare physical inventory with system records.
- Identifies and tracks KPIs for inventory management, and devises plans and initiatives for improvement.
- Supervise the annual-monthly inventory checking with related departments.
- Contribute with Warehouse Manager to settle the procedure that control the inventory and warehouse processes.
- Provides support for the development (including training) of direct reports.
- Perform and present all related reports for Top Management.
Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree Special Certification or Training Required: Lean Manufacturing and inventory managementRequired Industry Experience: 3-5 years of experience Technological Requirements: Microsoft office Language Requirements: Very Good command of English
