**Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate daily logistics operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of shipments
- Analyze and optimize logistics processes for importing and exporting goods to improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and procurement, to align logistics activities with overall business goals
- Monitor compliance with local and international regulations regarding shipping and freight forwarding
- Assist in training and mentoring junior logistics team members on best practices and processes
- Handle complex logistics queries and troubleshoot issues as they arise, providing effective solutions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all shipments and transactions
- Utilize logistics software to track shipments, inventory, and performance metrics
Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations or a similar role, preferably within freight forwardingStrong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principlesDemonstrated experience in managing complex shipping processes and improving operational efficienciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholdersProficient in logistics software and tracking systemsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh level of attention to detail and organizational skillsBachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
