Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist with a strong background in industrial businesses. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of HR operations, including recruitment, personnel management, and employee performance tracking. This role is critical to maintaining organizational structure and ensuring smooth HR processes within our growing company.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
• Acquire, interview, filter, and hire candidates.
• Develop recruitment strategies tailored to industrial roles.
• Oversee onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration of new hires.
2. Personnel Management:
• Maintain and organize employee files, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
• Manage employee attendance, leaves, no-shows, advances, and incentives.
• Handle communication and documentation with governmental authorities.
3. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
• Assign and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Develop annual and semi-annual employee performance reports.
• Measure and report quarterly turnover rates, comparing actual workforce to planned numbers.
4. Hierarchy and Structure Development:
• Assist in defining and maintaining the company hierarchy.
• Support alignment of roles and responsibilities across the organization.
5. Compensation and Benefits:
• Administer salaries, incentives, and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to payroll.
6. Employee Engagement and Development:
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns.
• Support initiatives for employee retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications and Skills:• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR, preferably in an industrial setting.• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.• Excellent organizational and communication skills.• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Preferred Qualifications:• Male candidates with experience dealing with blue-collar workers.• Prior experience in designing and implementing KPIs and performance evaluation systems.• Proven track record of reducing employee turnover and streamlining HR processes.
