HR Specialist

  1. Manage the full recruitment process from screening through the Job Offer.
  2. Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  3. Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization.
  4. Maintain Personnel record and insurance files .
  5. Administrate Health Insurance programs.
  6. Process Payroll and Track attendance.
  7. Implement training and development plans.
  8. Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor Laws.


Hands on experience with full cycle recruiting.Familiarity of Applicant Tracking Systems.Solid understanding of labor Law and payroll process.Proven work experience as an HR Specialist, Digital Agency is preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good problem-solving abilities.Team management skills.BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant field.
