- Receive the end users’ complaints regarding the laptops, PC, printers or any hardware, upgrades to analyze the root cause of the problem.
- Maintain the performance of the software applications by checking the installed applications and software to fix any software downtime.
- Set the permission or the authority of the new users on the used devices based on the managers’ approval through official e-mail.
- Support the IT Manager in managing the shared folder of the departments by setting authorities of the users and configuration of IP.
Receive the end users’ complaints regarding the wireless network connectivity, conduct troubleshooting or take any other appropriate corrective action to resolve any wireless network connectivity problems.
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products● Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues● Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software ● Excellent problem-solving and communication skills● Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal● BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or relevant fieldstrong experience with ERP system
