Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Industrial, or Polymer Engineering (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience in plastic extrusion, preferably in gasket production.Knowledge of welding techniques for flexible materials.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Familiarity with process optimization tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).Excellent communication and leadership skills.
