JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Checking the assigned mailbox for new upcoming tour requests.
  • Finding the proper itinerary or tailoring a new itinerary matching the client request.
  • Calculating the quote to send with the chosen itinerary.
  • Following through with the clients until the tour is booked
  • Collecting the necessary data needed for the operation process.
  • Handling the tour to the operations team and adding it to the booked system.
  • Collecting the guest feedback while touring and coordinate with the operation team to ensure services excellent quality 
  • Any related additional task requested by the Manager

SKILLS NEEDEDFluency in English, speaking and writing. Fluency in German or  Spanish will be an additional advantage.Good knowledge of the different attractions and destinations where the company operates, notably in Egypt.Very good computer skills (Internet, Word, Excel, Google Drive, etc)Energetic personality with capacity to learn fast. excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.Self motivation, innovative mindset, ability to recommend improvements and contribute to their implementation.Good public relations skills.Ability to function well at a high level of pressure and to enhance team environment.PreferablePrevious experience working in a similar job, or retired tour guide
