Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Review and approve cash disbursement requests from the Technical Office
2. Prepare weekly covenant report for approval and disbursement from the Finance Department
3. Prepare special project minutes with clients
4. Perform final administrative tasks related to project management
5. Prepare reports related to security friends
6. Conduct various requests related to project management
7. Prepare project meeting report "weekly"
8. Prepare "daily report" daily
9. Perform clerical work such as writing, typing and coordinating internal meetings in the project management or externally with clients or partners.
10. Review and follow up "timesheets" of technicians and engineers and follow up with HR Innovation
11. Perform any other task that may be required by the work within the scope of the core competencies of the job.
● Proven working experience as an Administrative Coordinator, Administrator or similar role● Working experience with MS Office suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel)● Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and fax machines● Basic math skills● Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks● Excellent verbal and written communication skills● Bachelor’s degree; additional qualification in Office Administration is an added advantage
