  •  Providing support from start to finish to resolve customer inquiries or concerns
  • Receiving customer complaints and trying to solve the problems and forwarding them to the concerned manager
  • Ensure customers have the information and assistance they need and maintain the company’s positive reputation
  • Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
  • Follow up on clients’ inquiries through the phone
