• Conducting plans for mechanical and MEP activities of all projects (schedules, specifying the role of each team member. etc).
• Conduct site surveys & evaluating results.
• Following up with Mechanical team the progress of each project plan to remove obstacles & fine tuning the plan.
• Cooperating with the technical team to set project Guidelines according to project specs & contract after studying & analyzing it.
• Attending FATs (if necessary).
• Technical support at site (if necessary).
• Setting the objectives of his subordinates & follow up on performance monitoring
