- Lead and execute audit engagements from planning through reporting.
- Review and assess internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze financial statements and operational processes to identify risks and areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and train junior auditors, providing guidance and support.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations.
Proven experience as an auditor in Real estate field is a must.In-depth understanding of auditing and control practicesUpdated knowledge of applicable laws and regulationsProficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting softwareStrong mathematical and analytical skillsAttention to detailOrganizational and leadership abilitiesIntegrity and reliabilityBSc/BA in Accounting or Finance; master’s degree and professional certification (e.g. CPA, CMA) are pluses
