Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the Personal Loans, Auto Loans and OVDs products.
Extend product propositions & open new business segments new markets
Assist the assets head in setting up the strategy of development for cash and auto loans product including the commercialization plan, marketing tools & develop the consumer lending activities toward green concept
Capture and analyze essential customer and competitor information.
Resolve issues with sales and credit to help in achieving sales goals
Conduct regular and detailed market scans for competition's latest products and offerings to support assets product head deliver/launch assets products based on market/customer needs.
Consolidate product and program limits allocation on monthly basis.
Responsible of compliance NAP annual review preparation & to be presented to the NAP committee
Assist in designing, implementing and reviewing process, policy to optimize operational efficiency and drop TAT for each assets product to ensure providing acceptable customer level and competitive service level
Work with the IT department for program creation and test process
Prepare & manage the annual review for cash and & auto loan product.
Support in implementing strategies & marketing initiatives to grow portfolio & gain market leadership in line with overall business strategy.
Support Assets Products Head in implementing the overall Loans and overdrafts strategy and annual plan to achieve required target.
Interface with Credit, Risk, Operations, legal, and Compliance to ensure timely execution of launch/business plans.
Suggest initiatives to increase acquisition and equipment ratio, in addition to new tools facilitate customers’ lifecycle and onboarding process by looking into existing Processes and documentation and recommend enhancements.
Liaise with legal, compliance, and policy and procedures for contracts/agreements modification and amendments.
Assist in designing and reviewing policies and procedures to optimize operation efficiency.
Needed Qualifications
- 5+ years of related banking & finance experience incorporating marketing, analysis and leadership responsibilities.
- Sound knowledge of credit underwriting techniques and risk analysis (qualitative, analytical and scoring based).
- Strong understanding of profitability drivers and market development across the various product life cycle stages.
- Good level of analytical skills & ability to understand scientific marketing techniques including surveying and statistical analysis in marketing program development.
- Familiarity with bank’s operations, sales & support environments & a strong customer focus.
- Good computer skills (Word, Excel, and Power point)
- Excellent Analytical skills
- Good advertising skills
