Proven experience in IT technical support and network management.Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with ERP systems.Familiarity with internal network setup, management, and troubleshooting.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Relevant IT certifications are a plus.
