Manage and optimize the manufacturing processes for evaporator production, including cutting, bending, welding, brazing, and assembly.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistent product quality and production efficiency.
Conduct process analyses to identify bottlenecks and improve productivity, yield, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with R&D and design teams to implement new designs or product modifications into the production line.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to equipment, materials, or processes.
Analyze production data to improve processes and reduce material waste.
Oversee the installation, maintenance, and calibration of production equipment.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and environmental policies.
Train and mentor production operators and technicians on best practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience).3+ years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in evaporator or refrigeration component production.Knowledge of heat exchanger manufacturing processes, including copper and aluminum materials.Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).Familiarity with quality assurance tools (e.g., FMEA, SPC, ISO standards).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
