  1. Prepare needed materials for pitching and presenting business proposals to clients.
  2. Handle clients’ communications by following up and reporting to designated channels/subject experts
  3. Support the technical team during the handover of proposals that have resulted in orders.
  4. Assisting with drafting proposals/tenders, assurance of proper technical and contractual handling, and coordination of proposal development process
  5. Assisting with marketing and promotional projects
  6. Provide office support services to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.  
  7. Clerical, Marketing, Finance and HR Support.
  8. Provide Document Control Services.
  9. Support the Management and other staff's Main Activities.
  10. Help implement the ISO QHSEEn Integrated Management System as a Management Representative.

Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English language 5+ years of experience in a related field. Knowledge of Administrative Procedures and Knowledge of Customer Service Principles and PracticesShould be well-versed in preparing business correspondences and reportsGreat Customer Service skills, Organizing and PlanningProficient in MS Office Applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, experience with other software packages will be an added advantage
