1. Run the Dean’s Office and diary and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
2. Deal with email inquiries.
3. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities.
4. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
5. Develop and maintain a filing system and update administrative systems to make them more efficient.
6. General office management such as ordering stationary and execute buying orders.
7. Arrange both internal and external events.
8. Provide staff, including screening and handling communications, and dealing with administrative problems and inquiries, as appropriate; serves as a primary point of contact and liaison between the office, students, and external public on a range of day-to-day issues.
9. Organize and facilitate committee meetings, schedule and coordinate dates and times, venues, attendance, agendas, and facilities.
10. Take the meeting’s minutes and provide administrative support and follow up on matters arising from meetings.
1. Ability to use google calendar and other related tools. 2. Excellent leadership, time management, and communication skills.3. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.).4. Very good command of English language.
