Overview:
We are looking for competitive, self-motivated individuals who have the drive to succeed and contribute to our next level of growth. B2B Business Development and Sales position (Indoor), communicating companies (in Europe and US).
Responsibilities:
- Initiate and develop strong relationships with potential & current clients.
- Identifying target markets, generating and qualifying leads.
- Regularly follow up on existing clients and respond to their inquiries.
- Performing sales through phone calls or emails approaching clients in Europe and U.S.
- Identify large opportunities and develop the actions necessary to win business.
- Work with Project Management to implement sales strategies, identify opportunities, close sales, and motivate the team.
- Prepare quotes for customers and follow up to convert quotes into projects.
- Effectively communicate project specifications to Project Account Managers.
- Provide customer support; manage client expectations in conjunction with the Project Managers.
- Prepare proposals that meet the client’s needs and interests and ensure timely submission of proposals.
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complains or objections.
Required Skills:Translation & Localization industry experience is not required but helpful.Experience in Localization Business Development is preferable.Sales Background is strongly required.Fluency of English is a MUST.Experience in “English” Customer service or Sales is highly preferred.Successful sales experience.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Strong presentation and closing skills. Must be comfortable doing business over the phone, and be a confident and aggressive prospector. Well-organized and detail-oriented. Team player with excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Self-motivated and proactive Strong listening and negotiating skills Ability to work smoothly in a team with organizational efficiency Knowledge in Microsoft applications.
