Public Relations (PR):Develop and maintain a positive image for the venue through effective communication and public outreach.Collaborate with influencers, media, and partners to promote events and campaigns.Coordinate promotional activities to maximize brand visibility and attendance.Sales:Proactively identify and secure new clients, groups, and VIP reservations.Promote special events, table packages, and loyalty programs to drive revenue growth.Monitor sales performance and meet or exceed monthly targets.Guest Relations:Greet and interact with guests to create a welcoming and engaging experience.Manage VIP and guest list reservations, ensuring personalized service.Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.Qualifications:Proven experience in PR, sales, or guest relations, preferably in the nightlife or hospitality industry.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to network effectively.A strong understanding of nightlife trends, customer preferences, and event planning.Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Goal-driven, with a knack for exceeding targets and building lasting client relationships.Multilingual abilities are a plus.
