Summary:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Odoo Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for understanding client needs, configuring and customizing Odoo to meet those needs, and providing ongoing support and training. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Odoo functionality, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping businesses succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments of client business processes and requirements.
- Solution Design: Design and configure Odoo solutions to address client needs, including module selection, workflow design, and data migration strategies.
- Implementation: Lead the implementation of Odoo solutions, including installation, configuration, customization, and data migration.
- Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training to end-users on how to effectively use Odoo. Offer ongoing support to address questions and resolve issues.
- Project Management: Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful implementations.
- Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including functional specifications, user manuals, and training materials.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Business Development: Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposals.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field.Proven experience as an Odoo ConsultantStrong understanding of Odoo functionality across various modules (e.g., Sales, CRM, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing).Experience with Odoo implementation methodologies and best practices.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
