1. Manage all related issues to Labor office & social insurance authority.
2. Prepare social insurance forms #1, #2, and #6, update the employees’ list with addition & deletion changes on periodic basis to ensure that all data of the employees are equal to the electronic social insurance data.
3. Review the employee attendance, record any variances and send the final report to HR manager for approval.
4. Maintain & responsible for the personnel files of all employees & all documents in the file without any loss & ensure that it contains all hiring documents of the employee which should be completed by 100% before hiring.
5. Follow up employee contracts and renewals and ensure the original contracts to be signed by the employee signature and kept in the employee files on time.
6. Support in implementing the performance appraisals and follow up the new hires’ appraisals to ensure it implemented on time.
7. Feed the HR System with the recent data such as new hires data, terminations, leaves, qualifications, Social insurance to ensure that all records & reports are updated and accurate on weekly basis.
8. Participate in recruitment process; screening CVs, arranging interview’s appointments and closing any open vacancies on time.
9. Assist in preparing training plan, collecting training need assessments for each department to design the annual training plan
10. Support and follow up the training implementation, prepare trainings' records and follow up training results.
11. Ensure that all employees signed their job description & ensure that all job descriptions have been updated according to any changes or transfer requests.
Bachelor Degree1-3 years of experience in HRExcellent in English Background in all HR functionsAwareness in labor law and social insuranceHR certificate is preferable 6th October Resident or nearby areas
