For the project management function, we are hiring the following positions, if you are interested to join our dynamic team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional services .
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design and development of architectural projects, from conceptualization to final execution.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements, goals, and vision, translating them into innovative architectural solutions.
• Develop conceptual and schematic designs, and create detailed design documentation including floor plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations.
• Ensure design integrity is maintained throughout all phases of the project, from design to construction.
• Work closely with engineers, interior designers, landscape architects, and other consultants to ensure cohesive design integration across all project disciplines.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development opportunities.
• Conduct design reviews and lead design presentations to clients, stakeholders, and design teams.
• Collaborate with project managers to resolve issues during the construction phase, ensuring the design is accurately executed.
• Develop strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Present design concepts, plans, and progress updates to clients, addressing feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction during project execution to meet client expectations and project goals.
Proficiency level in the following Software:• AutoCAD: Advanced technical drawings and architectural plans• 3D MAX & V-Ray: High-quality 3D modeling and photorealistic rendering• Photoshop & Illustrator: Image editing and presentation materials• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in architecture from an accredited university.• Concept development and design strategy• Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations• Coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams• Ensuring project adherence to timelines and budgets+10 years experience in architectural design, with leadership experience in managing and guiding junior architects and drafters. Work Environment:• Full-time office-based position with occasional site visits as required by the project.• Flexible working hours may be necessary depending on project deadlines and client needs.• Travel may be required for client meetings, site assessments, and project coordination.
