Talent Acquisition Specialist

- Post job advertisements (internal &external) and explore new sourcing channels.
- Prepares a pool of CVs, screen, and select CVs for relevant positions.
- Ensures candidates are initially screened against appropriate criteria.
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process.
- Prepare interview questions that reflect the requirements for each position.
- Conduct phone, Online & in-person interviews.
- Interview applicants for (Entry &Senior) levels and preparing assessment reports.
- Keep records of all materials used for recruitment, including interview notes and any related paperwork.
- Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Monitor and adjust recruitment strategies based on data and feedback.
- Ensure that all candidates have a positive and professional experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final decision


- Bachelor in Business Administration, or relevant field- 1:3 years of previous related work experience.- Excellent Microsoft Office skills- Excellent English both spoken and written- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills at all levels and cultures of the organization.- Exceptional time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
