- Implement and maintain performance management systems and processes.
- Develop, track, and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve employee performance.
- Work with department heads to establish relevant KPIs aligned with business objectives.
- Provide regular reports and insights on KPI performance to senior management.
- Ensure performance appraisals are conducted effectively and timely.
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on performance management best practices.
- Identify development needs and opportunities for employees based on performance appraisals.
- Collaborate with managers to create and implement development plans.
- Collect and analyze performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure performance management practices comply with legal requirements and company policies.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance management and OD.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in performance management or a related HR role.Background in (FMCG) industry preferred.Strong understanding of Organizational Development principles and practices.Proficiency in HR software and performance management systems.Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.Familiarity with change management methodologies.
