- Coordinating with the Drivers
- Coordinate Logistics activities including order processing, documentation, and shipment scheduling.
- Communicate with customers, and procurement forwarders to ensure smooth execution of Delivering the orders.
- Prepare and review documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists…..etc.
- Coordinate with quality control and logistics teams to maintain product quality and timely delivery.
- Track shipments and provide status updates to customers as needed.
- Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to the orders.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and documentation.
- Handle any other tasks related to his role.
ERP KnowledgeLogistics ExperiencePreferred experience in the retail field.High Organizational skills and the ability to multitask.Advanced MS Office application user.Very good communication skills.Graduate only.males only.
