We're looking for a skilled Senior Software Tester to join our talented QA team and contribute to developing our state-of-the-art EdTech Platform. We want to hear from you if you have extensive experience in software testing methodologies, test automation, and quality assurance processes! Experience in testing machine learning models and AI-driven applications is a huge plus!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, design, and execution of comprehensive test strategies for web and mobile applications.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and identify test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to streamline testing processes and improve test coverage.
- Perform manual testing when necessary, including exploratory, regression, and usability testing.
- Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
- Mentor and guide junior testers and contribute to continuously improving testing practices within the team.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.4+ years of software testing experience, focusing on test automation.Proficiency in test automation tools and frameworks like Selenium, Cypress, or similar.Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and best practices.Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, QTest).Familiarity with continuous integration/deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Effective communication and collaboration skills.
