Job Summary:
You will play a key role in managing and coordinating our marketing efforts across multiple stores. You’ll work closely with management, freelancers and agencies. This role will act as a Junior Marketing Manager, with the potential to grow into a more senior position as you develop in the role.
Qualifications:
- Experience: minimum 3 years of experience, familiarity with managing freelancers or external vendors is a plus.
- Skills: Basic understanding of social media management, content marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
- Creativity: Ability to think creatively and suggest new ideas for campaigns.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in project execution, ensuring high-quality output in all marketing materials and communications.
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly to changes, troubleshoot issues, and offer creative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Management: Assist in planning, executing, and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, digital, print, and in-store promotions).- Freelancer Coordination: Oversee and manage relationships with freelancers for social media, content creation, graphic design, and media buying.- Content Development: Help in the creation and curation of content that aligns with Vinny's brand voice for social media, marketing, and website updates.- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to help refine strategies.- Social Media Management: Assist with managing social media channels, ensuring consistent engagement, growth, and alignment with the brand’s tone and goals.- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital tools to ensure marketing strategies remain innovative and relevant.- Brand Consistency: Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials.- Collaboration: Contribute ideas and strategies to optimize marketing efforts and develop new approaches.
