The Section Head should oversee the delivery, storage and dispatch of all CKD & Foreign raw materials to ensure that the company meets all orders by the agreed dates. Ensure maximum central coordination of the order planning activities across all CKD plants, and to manage the order planning process for foreign Manufacturing -procured items.

• Manage all the supply of CKD & Foreign material to ensure the availability inside manufacturing warehouse in time needed for production in accordance with Sales demands.
• Maintain the lowest possible level of inventory and monitor the Turn Over Rate for CKD & foreign Items.
• Integrate and coordinate all the order planning process with all departments concerns like (Sales, Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, etc.), to ensure timely, consistency, respect of process (e.g. involvement of all concerned parties), and monitor quality of outputs
• Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded.
• Organize the recruitment and training of staff, as well as monitoring staff performance and progress.
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
• Manage and prepare the monthly Sales operational meeting for all manufacturing (PC & CV).
