- Shipment Coordination: Prepare documentation and oversee shipments to our logistics partners in the GCC, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Courier and Partner Communication: Act as the primary contact with couriers and logistics partners, coordinating pickups, deliveries, and troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Online Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels on online platforms, prepare for restocks, and coordinate with the fulfillment company to ensure continuous availability.
- Retail Fulfillment: Collaborate with retail partners to manage stock levels, order fulfillment, and product deliveries.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and delivery timelines. Prepare reports to track efficiency, stock turnover, and order accuracy.
- Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure all shipments meet quality standards and import/export regulations, including adherence to any specific packaging or labeling requirements.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to improve fulfillment processes, reduce costs, and enhance
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain coordination, or fulfillment roles.Knowledge of import/export regulations and experience with shipping documentation.Experience with Amazon Seller Central and a solid understanding of inventory management within e-commerce platforms.Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively with remote teams.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP systems is a plus.
