Job Overview:
Hands of Hope for Physical Therapy, a leading provider of physical therapy services, is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team. This role focuses on sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top-tier talent across a variety of roles, including physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, rehabilitation technicians, and administrative support positions in our offshore clinics. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the recruitment life cycle, with experience in healthcare recruitment and offshore hiring being a plus. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, an understanding of business needs, and the ability to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders to close hires and ensure cultural alignment.
Experience:
- 1 - 2 years of talent acquisition experience; experience in healthcare or physical therapy recruitment is a plus.
- recruiting experience for clinical role (e.g., physical therapists, physical therapist assistants) and administrative positions strongly preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Experience in offshore hiring is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment practices, particularly in healthcare and allied health fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Proficient in negotiation and capable of leading discussions to achieve successful hiring outcomes.
- Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
- Experience of physical therapy licensure and credentialing requirements is a plus.
